Why I made it

I went through a clear aligner treatment myself. Wearing them 22 hours a day sounds easy, until you sit down for lunch, take them out and only remember two hours later.

So I wrote myself an app: one button when I take them out, one when I put them back in, and a notification that keeps nagging me until I do. Those notifications got me to the end of my treatment.

Since it helped me, I'm giving it away to anyone going through the same thing. No account, no ads, and your data stays on your phone.

Are you a dentist or an orthodontist?

If your patients wear clear aligners, feel free to recommend it: it's free and doesn't collect any data. It can also export sessions as CSV, so patients can show you how many hours they actually wore them at check-ups.

Open source

The code of both apps is public under the GPL-3.0 license. You can read it, change it and reuse it, as long as you credit the project and publish your changes under the same license.
